How To Have Your Breast Forms Best Fit In Your Bra

Hello from Denae. Today I wanted to make a comment on where to place your breast forms in your bra; Recently  a client and i were working on her wardrobe and why the blouse was not fitting correctly.. I suddently reaoized she had placed her breast forms outward to appear to blend with the upper arm, ( most T woman have larger upper arms and feel the breast form should be closer to the upper arm. . However, when I pulled both breast formsd INWARD, leaving some space between both breasts–she looked more natural and thinner.. Put a little blush or color, on our chest.

When getting  dressed, stand in the of your mirror and have your pads facing forward and some what more inward. In addition. check to see they are  not to high as it will appear like a padded bra!. Each blouse or sweater will be different, so change your pads and check the best direction for each blouse. Ttry turning the pads with longer sides— pointing upward– for a slope look) which looks more natural than a round pad amd do’t forget to  re-adjust your bra stra–not to high or to low. With tight sweaters, you may not want to go as large as normal with the padding, unless of course you want the attention! Interesting jewelry around the bustline is always interesting, it can b worn short or long! And try to get your correct bra measurement. Once you know a great bra line for yoi, and you have determined your correct size,  try to stay with that line, as so many lines have different sizes and the less expensive bras will stretch, and not last. The nude Skin tone is a great color, along with black. And enhancers go well with pads that might be a little small!

Have fun, feeling feminine

Mirror Behavior For TG Women

I was recently at a cocktail party, and an interesting person asked about my work. They discussed “Mirror Behavior”.  Goggle for details, but I am very interested in….how this will help the new Trans woman, with her movement. I found about 5 sites on Goggle, full of information.

To apply to how to look more feminine, herewith a few “jewels” I found.

1. Leaning foward towards the person speaking to you. (shows interest in him or her).

2. Straighten your jewelry, or move your hair.

3. Make direct eye contact and do not look at anyone else in the room. Show him interest. All of us are quilty of doing this. However, when you’re interested in dating someone…this is very important.

4. Act shy. Okay all males. This is important, Don’t take control. This is probably the one personality issue, my clients have the most difficulty changing.

5.Keep a prolonged look (but do not make them uncomfortable).

6. Practice not blinking. In fact, practice your facial “looks, smiles, eyes, teeth, etc. before you begin going out, so you get comfortable with your new image.

7. Ask the other person, about themselves. Wait until they ask about you…before you mention very much abouut yourself.

8. Women are comfortable with more space between them…than men are. Generally about 2 feet.

9. When you shake hands, keep your hand shake light, and keep your fingers and skin soft.

10 And, be sure and lean into them briefly when you are introduced or say hello.

11. Remember their name!

12. This is a must, keep your new feminine voice soft. Use the feminine gestures, I taught you in Vol 3 (Gestures When Speaking)

13. Try to point your toes, towards your date.!

Wear Something Green And Have Fun!

I’ve been told that Kegs & Eggs is a St. Patrick’s Day tradition. If you’re opting for an early brunch or mid-afternoon lunch this lazy Saturday, a casual outfit is a must. Since warm weather is in the forecast for most of the country, opt for dining outside. Grab your sunnies and don’t forget your green pants – nothing ruins a casual brunch like getting pinched! (Or maybe you would enjoy it, wearing your cute green dress or scarf) and this may be a fun, easy way for a new TG woman to break the ice!

What to wear on St. Patricks Day?It may not be as glitzy as New Year’s Eve or as fabulous as your birthday, but St. Patrick’s Day is a holiday you probably celebrate with just as much gusto. This Saturday, the world will turn green in celebration of Saint Patrick, a patron saint of Ireland. While I’m not entirely sure what St. Patrick actually did, any excuse to dress in my favorite spring color is fine by me. My last name is Doyle, and my Father was Patrick and Mother Colleen. My Dad was so crazy about St. Patrick’s Day, he would put dark green dye on our light colored gray Yorkie, and he insisted I entered into my first beauty pageant at 17. Dad, insisted I put a Red wash out color on my hair, and we always had to wear green. So, this is a very special day for me. Oh yes, I won the Miss St. Patrick’s Day Pageant and one of the honors was to ride in the white convertible waving. Meanwhile, Dad stood on the sideline, with our green dog and green balloon tied around her collar. Dad wore a button, which said “Kiss Me I’m Irish”. So, when people ask me how I got into modeling and fashion, and how teaching my 20 years of experience, I just say,

“It’s a Long, Silly Story”.  Oh yes, when we came home, and my mother saw the green dog, it was Dad that was in the doghouse!

Seriously, you don’t have to purchase an entire green outfit, but I listed a few inexpensive accessories below, to give you a touch—it opens up conversations. Learn some fun, Irish jokes, or something interesting about Ireland, or just tell my story!

Be creative and have fun! You can go to Marshall’s or Ross, Target and pick up a T-shirt with green, or a belt for under $10.00

And, don’t drink the Irish beer and dye your dog green!

THE FIRST STEP (FOR A TRANSGENDERED WOMAN -BLENDING IN PUBLIC

The First Step

Hi, everyone.   My name is Shellie.  I have been a client of Denae’s for several years, and she asked me to write about my experiences going out as a woman her in the San Francisco Bay Area.  You have read about some of Robin’s outings on this blog, so

Denae thought you might like to read about mine.

Like many people, my dressing was done at home and in secret, but I felt I wanted to experience going out as a woman.  Like Robin, I also like classical music, so I thought going to a concert would be a good place to start.  Unfortunately, there was nothing in my secret wardrobe appropriate to wear to a concert.

I screwed up my courage and went to a Lane Bryant at a nearby mall.  If their sales associates had greeted e with giggles, I would have fled the store in terror.  Instead, the sales associate I met greeted me, listened to what I wanted to do, and selected several outfits for me to try on.  We settled on a black skirt with sequins, a shimmery gold metallic-like top, a black velvet short-waisted jacket with long sleeves, and a couple of pair of nude-colored stockings.   I thanked her for her help and took my purchases home.

At home I prepared myself very carefully to go to the concert that evening.  I wanted to make sure I looked perfect for my first outing.  I inserted my breast forms into my bra and hooked it up.  I pulled on my long-legged girdle and attached my stockings to its leg tabs.  After donning my slip and adjusting the shoulder straps (I loooove slips!), I carefully applied my makeup—foundation, blush, eyebrow pencil, eyeliner, eye shadow, blush, lip pencil, lipstick, and lip gloss.  Finishing my look, I put on my wig—an ash blonde-colored, mid-length cut that fell just to my shoulders.  I put on my skirt and top, and slipped into a black patent leather pair of pumps with two-inch heels.  I slipped into my new velvet jacket, grabbed my hand bag, and went out the door on my maiden voyage as a woman.

NEXT TIME:  Shellie goes to her first concert, with an emergency trip back to Lane Bryant.

Blog Us About Your “Dressy” Outings ~ TG Stories

Hello everyone, so many of you have enjoyed reading about Robin’s outings in SF….as she blends. I asked for any of you who feel you can successfully go out, to blog and tell where you went, and what you wore, and what you think made it possible for you to blend in, enjoy the Ballet. What tips you would give others girls, who do want to take it up some. Of course, if you consider yourself a CD and it doesn’t matter, then you and probably 90% of all girls are in the category. Shellie wrote to us, and she will now begin blogging about her outings, as she is also near the Bay area and is going to the Ballet, art openings, etc. I will let her tell you her story! Shellie, tell us about your latest outing, and how it compared to the first time you went out dressed to a nice place!

I would love to hear about all your outings, and you can just say “A” for your name and your email will not be included, unless you want it. Just tell us to include it or not, and the same with photos!
